I forgot to say, when I complained to the dealership they took me in to talk to the guy fixing the audio system, their audio specialist.

He could not understand what I was saying, said it worked fine, I said yes in a garage it does, fire it up, go down the road and listen to the radio, its overpowering the speakers.... he said to me ,,,, with a straight face.... " that will not help.....

Yet another episode that illustrate why I'm so glad I can work on my own. 

Sounds like they do things you didn't authorize, diminish the bike in the process, still get or leave stuff inadequate or wrong and think that in an auditory sense is they only way they are tone deaf.  Don't know how a guy keeps his cool during episodes like this.  Should at least step outside, unzip and wizz in their flowers.
