Clear!

Oooooh, that's deep.  Would be cool if it could be invisible.  We could really mess with people.  Bee-bopping down the highway with our butts on invisible motorcycles.  I'd paint mine clear if I could do that.

reactive paint??.  I saw a show, a shirt this guy invented had tons of cameras and small screens and it projected what it saw back against itself?

Anyway, kinda made him disappear - not like invisible man stuff, but it was kinda neat.

Oh well

My bad about "Air/Oil colled". I quess the point I was trying to make is this: If a 3600cc motor needs 13 quarts of oil to stay cool enough, than 1800cc should need half of that to do the job. Which is not entirely impossible IMO. But then again, I work in medical field, maybe I should stick to fixing people, not bikes.  ;D
And a good point it is too, Babkis.  I do wonder, though, what effect the lowered exhaust on the new touring frames will have on increasing oil temps (esp. in the tranny) while attempting to lower the air temps the rider 'feels'.  Kind of like 'trapping' the hot air around the rear cylinder head with the frame air deflectors for the riders thighs. ???  spyder :-\

I'm the sure the MOCO will offer a heat shield for the tranny for a small nominal fee.

Does anybody know if the frame air deflectors can be color matched with older than 2009's :nixweiss:
