Two thumbs up for the Pro Pipe and FP3 Fuelpak
« on: September 17, 2014, 04:04:37 PM »

All I can say is I can't believe what both of these did for my bike. It's unreal what a night/day difference they made. I only changed a couple things from the V&H map. I lowered the rev-limiter to 5500 instead of leaving it at 6200 ... I almost never take my bike up there so no need for it. I maxed out the throttle progressivity to 1:1 race and the response is right there, instant ... this thing is awesome! I know some of you frown on these canned tuners, but this worked perfect for me. It gave me everything I wanted and I didn't have to pay to let somebody beat the piss out of my bike on a dyno for hours to get it right.

The system fit like a glove, looks great and the sound is almost to die for. The standard baffle it comes with is just right for me ... I can hear my tunes fine and it's nowhere near obnoxious even when you crank on it ... just a nice, deep, healthy roar. Every time you back off the throttle you get that sweet rumble that sounds like a jake brake and NO popping ... I LOVE IT! I already got some compliments about it and people almost break their neck to see what's coming down the road when I go by. I hate to even park it long enough to type this so I'll post a couple pics later, I'm headin' back out.

Glad it worked for you as well!
The FP3 download worked perfectly for me (on CVO road king with V&H power duals and monster rounds...and I did not even change anything to the map. I could still autotune but I do not see the point. HUGE difference from stock on torque and power.
I keep getting comments about not getting a real tune, etc, etc. I have another road King with big bore, stage 2 and tune. This one literally leaves in in the dust.
I cannot imagine wanting any more than I am getting. 100mph before I know it and loads more power if I want to keep going...

I couldn't resist. :P :D

Pipe looks good... had a Pro Pipe on a '96 Fatboy with the competition baffle... that bike had a great sound to it. :2vrolijk_21:

Thanks, I will never use any other pipe BUT the Pro Pipe after trying one out. I'm already over the naked look on the left after seeing and hearing what this did.

Looks like a sewer pipe compared to stock.

This junk went into the V&H box and into the attic to collect dust.
