I received all the parts today, no instructions were included for installing the inserts into the pans and pans to the mounts. How do the inserts go into the pans? Just push them down and they lock in? Any words of advice would be greatly appreciated.

Use a small amount of dish soap mixed with water on the rubber nodes lube them. Push them in the pan and when the water dries they'll be set in tight. That is in the instructions you didn't receive.
