According to the parts manual, the 2015 FLHXSE domestic model does come with a siren (just like all the other CVO touring models going back to at least 2004).  Can't say for sure about a 2016 since I don't have access to the parts list for that model.  If you didn't get one, I'm thinking you should have.

You're welcome.  It's always possible it was never installed at the factory, or the wiring wasn't connected, or it wasn't set up correctly during prep, or it just failed.  But it should have one.

Oh, and I did find that listing for the 2016's and they also come with a siren standard.

As Jerry mentioned and I can confirm the 15's have an audible siren. I set that sucker off in my garage a few months ago with the garage door closed, it was very loud.

They'll start without the FOB if you know how.  I won't publish how, but if you know, they're actually very easy to steal.  The intent of the feature is that if you're riding and the key falls out of your pocket you wouldn't be stranded.

Correct.  I set up that feature on my Fatboy Lo.  Very good to know just in case your fob fails.

The feature is well documented in the users guide and I had to use it because the battery in the FOB didn't work anymore. But of course everybody should change the 5 digits default code to something personnel. Or do you mean another way of unlock the bike without FOB?

Well, took the bike in for my 10K and asked about the siren, tech took off the side cover and confirmed it was never installed at the factory......new siren module being installed
