If you only buy one manual, I'd do the full 2015 Touring Model Service Manual.  The only things in the supplement are those items unique to the CVO.  The full manual has all the maintenance items, wiring diagrams, and basically everything other than unique CVO items.  As for the parts manual Fired00d mentioned, those are nice to have but you can also look the parts up online for free.  This is one  such site:

As cvostu done, I change the fluids myself...couldn't see taking it in 1 week after I bought it and spend $500. for a oil change. And it's going to need its 5k service befor I know it... I've owned for 3 weeks and have 3.5k miles on it all ready
