Which stage4 are you talking about?  Do you have a link to the information?

Not only are there HD Dealers, but others that offer similiar type of packages.   Do you know which throttlebody your dealer is talking about?  Is it for cabled or FBW ?

Definitely not street legal, but it should be streetable.

If this is a bagger, I would suggest a different cam.  If it is a dyno or light bike it would probably be ok.   If you are looking for stump pulling you may have to change the configuration a bit.

It is streetable, but depending on the bike may not be favorable riding depending on your style.

An Example might be to take your 103 heads send them to a porter, new lifters depending on how many miles on the ones you have, buy a cam the porter tells you and with the pistons they recommend and the depending on year get the throttlebody needed.   If it is FBW then you are stuck atm with Harley's.

What year bike do you have?   What type of bike do you have?   What is your riding style?

As an example my wifes bike is a 103 with a horsepower inc 53 mm, flat top pistons, heads done by Al Redman  10.25 to 1 with manual compression releases, Freedom yb13 Cam, factory HD lifters and a K&N air filter and rineharts and this 103 turns 117/115.   It is not a monster out of the hole by choice.  Michelle does not do holeshots and will only play while rolling on so this is the best of both worlds and she gets around 37 mpg avg.   The build has almost 25k miles on it and has been problem free.

without mincing words this kit is umm not so great.   80 torque at 2500 is nothing.   As far as the 09 Roadglide there are many better combinations for a heavy bike like that other than this setup.   This is a top end runner and not such a great combo at that.   I think if you take a look at the guys who have 103's and installed just the zippers cams 575 they were looking at 112-115 torque and around 100-105 horsepower and the power is instant on with stock compression.   I think the only draw back is a little bit of noise from the gear drive and ramping of the cam in the valve train still not bad by any means.

Again if I were you, I would pick up a setup of stock heads off Ebay, have the work done on them, put in a matching cam without auto compression releases (they seem to come loose no matter what HD tells you), run a 50 or 58mm fbw throttlebody, flat top piston and move on down the road.

Hell if you were stuck on HD parts, buy the kit they offer under the understanding that you are not using the 260 cam and build the 103 and put a 204 or 251 cam in it since it is a bagger and enjoy the ride, even with the 110+ heads I would have the heads looked at for intake and exhaust port cleaned up, possible swirl, multi angle valve job, matching intake to porting, manual releases vs. auto's, and flat top pistons.

To answer the original question, yes the cruise control works with this kit.  I have it installed on my bike and have had no problems using the cruise...

Help keep me staight on this.

This is a Harley dyno run.  They use an engine vs a chasis dyno, so what you see on a dyno run will be several % lower.

Actually, that graph is from a chassis (rear wheel output) dyno.  Look at the legend on the right hand side of the graph.

The graph's Harley includes in their catalogs, regular and SE, are rear wheel output.  I've noticed over the years that the results they publish are similar to results from independent sources, so at least in these instances they seem to be providing straight info.
