I'm really ready to do this ... called my dealer and he's looking for one "out there" now ... basically looking for encouragement ... I typically buy a new bike and spend $5000 building the engine but this time around I just want to put on some pipes, a quick tune, and be done with it so I'm looking at the CVO.  Plus, it's just a cool bike.

Anything I should be concerned with on the 15s?  Been digging around the forum for a few days now, just joined this morning.

Welcome to the forum!
And a nice choice of bike I must say, I love my street glide ,what is good about a streety is it happily sits between a road king and a fully ladened ultra ( I've had both) and must say its nimble and responsive without too much bulkiness of an ultra and looks dam cool too!

Go and treat yourself I say :2vrolijk_21:

The only concern I would have is stopping at pipes and a quick tune

I've got over 10 grand in my CVO. Let me know how the pipes and quick tune go.

Welcome.

Thanks guys.  Yea, my problem is leaving stuff alone.  My goal is to stay out of the engine this time, leave any mods purely cosmetic.  My current SGS has a full 107 build and it's a monster.  I'm curious to see how a stock 110 compares.

Welcome......Congratulations!!!!    As they say "A Harley Davidson is all but a $1000.00 from being done"  CVO's included.  So I stared out with your intent, but that did not last long.  MSRP + 15,000. 00 and still want more..   I will say pipes and tuner is the first step you will be glad you did.
Me, I went with a Fuel Moto Stage 1 head work, TW777 cams, F.M. 2-1-2 Header with E Series slip-ons and a dyno...... producing 110 HP & 126 TQ.  Its awesome power.   Jamie and the gang are awesome!

Jamie rocks!!! My current ride has a 107 with 777's, polished and ported, rods, pistons, jackpot pipes, 2-1-2 ceramic, etc.

I may do the Jackpot's again, love the sound.

Ditto... Had those Jackpots on the last 2 CVO's and now on the new '15. I guess my ears love that certain exhaust note... :2vrolijk_21:

Appears you're from Bama, so you may be able to find the Carbon down there. I bought mine in Pomona California in March. They sell quick in SoCal. Good choice, I hope you're able to find your bike!
