I was interested in it for both my 08 FLHR and 11 FLHXSE2 CVO but I'm not sure about the oval shaped opening and how much it limits the plate (i.e. reg stickers not viewable)...however the Kuryakyn plate seems to be a clean install as well as well lit. So you can identify those who are using it and pick their brains and there are plenty of pics there too... Let us know what you provide and please provide pics of your install.

I saw it at the Easyrider Bike Show and talked to Paul for awhile about CVO aftermarket parts.

In regards to the license plate frame.....I didn't think the oval opening goes with anything else on the bike.  Also, I wonder if it doesn't cover to much of the plate to where the CHP would have a problem with it and use it for an excuse to pull you over. :nixweiss:

Lucky for me the CHP don't wander this far east too often!

I hope to see some pics once you guys get these installed as well, need to see one on an actual bike with an actual license plate...I'm assuming you all had to order the back plate as well? Just curious how this all fits together...

Just order 1 part number and you get everything you need for the SESG. See the e-mail I got below after I asked the same question.

Quick question…..I see on the website there is a back plate part listed under the Stealth3. Did I need to order that as well to fit the 2011 FLHXSE2 or is what I ordered enough?? I just ordered the universal frame.

The response was:

NO SIR, JUST WEIRD VERBAGE! THEY BOTH ARE STEALTH 3 PLATES WITH BACK PLATE, THE UNIVERSAL BACKPLATE IS FOR S.E. MODELS AND CUSTOM APPLICATIONS

That's what I think......I called and told them what bike I had and that I wanted a Stealth 3 and it got ordered. The receipt stays Stealth 3 Universal Black, so I'm guessing that would be USLP3-B
