What was the purchase price?

Direct from Bagger Nation they are $149.99.  Dennis Kirk has them for $141.00, but they are out of stock.

I got the replacement from Yaffe and the finish and fit up was much better than the first. It had a completely different hardware kit from the first. I was really excited and ready to go and noticed the LED lights weren't working. I checked the harness and there was 12V to the LED boards but no light. I plugged the first one in and it worked fine. So now I'm really frustrated with this product.

Got the 3rd one in tonight. Yaffe FedEx'd at his expense. Can't say enough about their customer service. This plate had the same problem. No LEDs. I could not believe I got 2 that were bad, so I plugged the first one (the one with the bad weld) and it worked fine. The two replacements did not. So I decided I was going to just use the first frame and use one of the new backing plates. This required me to cut the harness to get the plate off. Just on a hunch, I took one of the new frames and reversed the wires. When I did that, the LED worked on the new ones. So either the connectors were pinned wrong or they were soldered wrong. So at this point I didn't care; I just swapped the wires and used some heatshrink to install. I plugged it all in, and it worked finally. They do not light the plate well but I love the design so much I'm going to chance it.

Wow...what an ordeal / PIA. The good news is that you like it so much that it's worth it to you. Congrats on getting what you wanted to work like it's meant to work. Please let us know if you end up having any issues from the POPO. Thanks.

At least now I know I am not the only one with the poor lighting issue in the center of the plate.

Actually, if it is like the stock Harley connector, there is a little tab inside that can be pushed to release the pins.

Well guys another Yaffe Stealth frame bites the dust!
I was installing my Stealth frame, spent extra time trimming the plate to fit, checked the LEDs OK. But something kept telling me to look at the welds on the nuts, those two little welded nuts are the only thing mounting this thing to the fender, if they fail then the wire will keep that thing swinging in the breeze = ruined paint and one pi$$ed off dude!  I hadn't mounted it yet and grabbed one nut with pliers gave a very slight twist.... SNAP  broken (weld) if you can call it that.
I called Yaffe (left message).  I will most likely have it TIG welded so I know it will hold. I included a pic of the plate/tag mounted so you can see how much of the sticker shows, the sticker is in the indented  (proper) space for a florida plate.

I would strongly suggest anyone thinking of using a Stealth to have the nuts welded before installation!
