Nothing I've found.  I wear a jacket with a tall collar and a FF helmet, and that generally does the trick.  A gaiter that goes inside your collar is just going to funnel water onto your chest and back.

I wear a balaclava (ski mask) with the neck portion outside the collar of my jacket; otherwise it wicks all the water inside.

I'd like to make something  like a hoodie out of waterproof nylon. To be worn under the helmet and have the cape go over the collar. Have it velcro at the neck and chin.    Who can sew?
