Hi all, I usually hang in he seeg section but I had a question about a rg. I talked to a friend tonite who just got a 2012serg and he told me it was stock with 1500 miles. We were talking and he said it had coil over shocks, did the 2012 Cvo old glide come from the factory with coil over shocks instead of the air shocks. I don't know much about Cvo glides and was just curious.. my seeg came with the crappy air ride which are now gone...

I think I've seen them for sale. Advertised as the "stock" cvo shocks off that bike. Can't be certain though.

Provides a controlled yet plush ride with less bottoming
Compression and rebound damping is split between the two shocks - compression on the right and rebound on the left

Yes, the above pictured shocks are stock on the 12 SERG,  Also stock on the 13 CVO RK.

They are better than the air shocks but not all that great.
