Are you planning to install glove box doors or speakers in those lowers?  If not, your stock air cleaner will supposedly still fit according to the description of that air cleaner on the Harley accessory site.

If the SE Ventilator, either plain or the latest "billet" version referenced by WestCoastRuss, doesn't float your boat, there are multitudes of aftermarket offerings.  Spend some time on the Drag Specialties or J&P websites to get an idea of what's available.

I just changed out the stock air cleaner on my 13' CVO.  If your interested I'm selling the Screaming Eagle Ventilator that came on the bike.

PM me for details.

I'm not sure on the flhrse, but I added the extreme billet version to my '13 Ultra Classic without issue. Pic posted...

Can you post pics in better light?  I would like to see how that changes the look of the bike.   Also are those Galaxy Black or Vivid Black?

The Heavy Breather works for 58mm TB.

The short Heavy Breather filter works with lowers, but I imagine you know that.

Maybe check out S&S or Wimmer.

The absolute best A/C system I've found is the Kury Mach 2 assemblies. They have several different models in black, and chrome.
The fact that they breathe through the front as well as the sides make them a winner.  ;)
