nah, haven't seen it in person Gary...I've never been a fan of green on a motorcycle anyway, but you're right, everyone has their own personal tastes.  I don't think the MoCo will have a problem selling any of them.  I'm just amazed that they came out with three (four if you want to classify the convertable) baggers.  I just don't understand why they only came out with one color for the SEUC.  :nixweiss:

Waiting to see them in person next week in Sturgis.  Too hard to make a determination on colors without seeing them out in the sun.  I will admit I think the lowers on the bike look stupid, it would be the first thing that I would take off the bike.

Jorge, you're probably spot on with that statement.  I hope they have better luck with this version of the SERG then they did the 09's.  Too many of them were left sitting on the showroom floors when the '10s came out.

A test ride at Sturgis is in the cards just because. Already know I'm not interested in anything I've seen so far. The Tequila is in the garage to stay. For my taste they missed the mark again, but a dollar and My opinion will get you a soft drink at McDonalds.

I was surprised too when the CARB's came out and were showing three touring CVO's but somebody mentioned in a previous post the touring CVO's sell well and very seldom are left on dealer floors compared to some of the non-touring CVO's. The fact that they came out w/the Black SEUC midyear ('10)leads me to believe they may do/try something like that again. :nixweiss:

I'd ditch the fuel gauge as well.. it's pretty useless to me... it reads empty when I have 100 mile remaining... food for thought

So what's up with that, are all the bikes with the fuel gauge that way ?  I thought maybe the sending unit in the tank on my new ultra was bad because there's like two to two and a half gallons left when it reads empty, compared to the led one on my serk which is spot on..../shrug.

I'm dying to see good pics of the Black Diamond/Crimson SESG, or better yet in person, this could very well be the bike to get me to loosen my grip on my serk  :nervous:

Well, I took the plunge again and put a deposit on a black and orange SESG.  it shipped on 7/29 so I should see it this week. I'll be sure to post some pix when it arrives.  Saw the black and crimson at a different dealership and it was spectacular in the sunlight.  If it would have had chrome wheels instead of the dark chrome, I would have bought it instead.
