Not really a v-rod fan but I like the black and orange colors.  But I don't like it enough to get rid of my fxdwg2.

I like the looks of the CVO V-Rod. I wouldn't be surprised if it's sales are brisk compared to the others.

I bought one the first year, when the price came down. For $18000 out the door I bought it. I just wanted to try one to know what is was like and I thought I would sell it if I did not like it.
As a round town bike it is great, fun to ride and lots of power.

I did not like the all silver and the dish wheels, so I stripped it, painted it all red ( and the frame) and put it together with P.M. wheels and hand controls and chrome some stuff.

I won the class in Sturgis and at Harley's 100 th.

I will not ride it over 100 miles without getting off for a bit. Not a road bike!

We also made a trike out of one.

I do like the motor........pulls hard!

The V-Rod is an interesting bike, however I would suspect that it has not had the ROI that HD expected.  Perhaps in the future...the new SE edition is hard to justify given the rack specs.

As always, one person's opinion.

It would appear that my opinion has changed given my recent purchase of a VRSCSE2...Oh well, nice to know I am flexible.

Congrats on the new bike Jock, What color did you get?  [smiley=worthless.gif]

Jock,
I'm a little confused here.. Are you speaking of the bikes or the females?  ;D
