is there any difference in the dimensions of the 2012 handlebars vs the 2013's?  i know the 13's are fat all the way through and would require the corresponding risers, but the 2012's are a little over $125 and the 2013s are over $300 before the riser change.  wife does not like the stock rg handlebars, and the cvo bars seem to have just a little bit more rise and pullback than the stock ones.  the heritage style bars put her wrist at an uncomfortable angle, and the wo517s that are on her bike right now are just a little too much like a wheelbarrow.

sigh....  finding the right bars can be such a challenge....

thats what i was hoping to hear.  for about $100 i can change out her bars to the 2012 style.  as opposed to spending near of $400 to get the 2013 handlebars and needed risers.

They are identical except for the diameter..........i have both sets......... Thinking about putting the 13 bars on my 12 SERG because i think the fatter diameter looks better but i have not done it yet.

That's just what I did! Well sorta, I didn't want to have to install new brake & clutch cables.

That's why I went with the 2013 CVO SERG handlebars on my 2009 CVO.
