Has anyone had any issues with the paint or clear coat on their 2013?  A small spot of the clear coat has bubbled and flaked off on one of my bags on my 2013 Atomic Orange SERG. 

Curious if anyone has had any issues, and if so, to know whether it was covered by warranty?

I did have a small spot on the fairing right above the headlight that the clear coat was missing.  I reported it to my dealer and he ordered a new one the same day.  It came in and was installed within two weeks, no further issues with 12,000 on the bike now

Paint is covered under the two year factory warranty.

I did. Had to have the left bag lid replaced after about 1,000 miles. I had a large chip by the hinge. Of course was covered by warranty.

I had a bag and the fairing both replaced.

What was the location of the missing clear, on the bag?
I will look closely on mine.

I had front fender replaced by warranty and new fender has error in clear coat. Surface is like emery-paper. This issue has been open since last June? Dealer inform me that company will supply just one part/ year, where is painting error .
Second thing is tour-pack. Missing paint and replaced by warranty.

My 2013 CVO bike is sixth new HD and second CVO model. I have never seen and hear so much quality problems in the paintings like now 2013 CVO. This should have top of line in HD!? Subcontractor make CVO painting but final inspection and responsibility is bike maker.

Left bag had serious clear coat sag on the rear side of the bag. After review by a half-dozen dealer employees and an HD Rep that happen to be in town, a new bag (lower half) was ordered and eventually installed. It took a miserable two months for the part to arrive and then after arriving, the dealer realized the part came without new amp mounts, which is basically double sided tape. Of course, I had already scheduled the swap and arrived at the dealer when they realized this issue so I was sent home. About two weeks later the "special tape" arrived and the bag swap was completed. Took awhile, but the end result was perfect and all under warranty.

Atomic orange ,I really like the sissy bar and the rack, what is the Harley pcs number, and if you order in that color ore you had it painted....and if you had it painted did you buy the paint from Harley....thanks

My bike is a "catfish" Atomic Orange.
