cannot talk to the infotainment system and there are no prompts for the navigation system coming over headset or speakers...any ideas?

Check the connection at the helmet, the small plug is very short in the hole and will pull out partially and you won't realize it.

also make sure you have voice prompts turned on and volume turned up for the voice prompts.

Not sure if it makes a difference but make sure you have it set to headset in the audio/communication settings.

Assuming you have the correct settings, the problem might be that the volume for either voice prompts and/or voice commands is set to zero. Try increasing the volume while you are speaking into the mic with your voice command ......or when you should be receiving a navigation voice prompt.

started working on its own after i restarted the bike...still do not know what went wrong...hate these intermittent problems
