A year ago N.G.H. sold a really nice 2010 on here for if my memory is right somewhere around 26.5K. From what I've read, the 2011's are holding there value pretty good (since they haven't made and more since 12). I would say that your 3K less is pretty accurate. That would put the bike in the upper 20's which will soon be a 4 yr. old bike. If it's a Krypto, add a little.

I sold my 2010 Tequila Sunrise SESG about a year ago for $27,000. I still wish I hadn't, but it was becoming a bit of a sore spot having two of these expensive bikes!
It's a year later now, and the '14 Rushmore bikes seem to have brought used bagger prices down some. The SESGs are kinda special though, since they were only made in '10, '11, and '12. Whether '15 will see another SESG is anyone's guess. I personally hope not, since I don't want any more of them running around!
The '11s came with the iPod and the speakers in lowers, which the '10s did not have. I think that somewhere in the $28,000 to $29,000 range for a stock '11 SESG is reasonable. Even if it's had engine work, etc. it wouldn't really add all that much to the resale value, as mods generally give only 15% uplift and sometimes not even that, and some buyers are skittish about modded engines.
I checked KBB just now, and it says $29,205 retail for an FLHXSE2 here in Atlanta from a dealer, but prices vary across the country.
