Paul Yaffe 12inch Monkey bars

Hello folks,
I live in belgiumwith a SGSE from 2011 and i read many of you installed the Paul Yaffe Monkey bars. I would like to  install these also and i found a PaulYaffeMBars 12inch and i would like to know the length of the brake line and the clutch line before i begin to put apart my bars. And also howmany wires do i need to extend on each side. Any recomandations are very welcome because over here in Belgium i cant find any info on this.
Every info on this theme is very welcome. I have a basic knoledge of mecanic also

I don't have the Yaffe bars but I did put Wild Ones 575 bars on mine & it is a pretty involved thing to do, I didn't have to extend any wires or cables. I have read on this site that Yaffe does sell all of the necessary wire extensions & cables in a kit to help simplify the install, contact Yaffe to inquire.

The lines for the Paul Yaffee 12" monkey bars are 6" longer than stock.

How long are the stock lines?

I posted this thread when I did mine. The dealer told me that the stock Upper Brake Line is 21" long and the stock Hydraulic Clutch Line is 72" long.

I used +6" lines I believe. I bought the entire kit from Yaffee.

I just replaced mine with lines from HDbikeparts.com, I went with 13" Cyclesmith apes and I believe the lines are 6" over stock.

I'm guessing here but I think around $300.

Clutch line, ALL of the brake lines (uppers, lowers and back to ABS), fittings and triple tree fittings and bar mounts.

I bought the bars from somewhere else.

I put the 12" YMBB on about a year ago.  Got the clutch and brake lines through Magnum Shielding.  Clutch line was 71" and plenty long.  Brake line from them comes in two pieces to replace the single stock upper line.  I'm pretty sure they were 49" and 19" and hook together in the faring.   I bought the bars on eBay through a vendor other than Yaffee for I think $230. 

These above lengths were both +6.

Those of you that chose to go with the Yaffe MBs and changed your mirror position, how did you cover the OEM mirror mount holes in the fairing?

Some have them filled and painted, others use the Yaffe bagga chips.

Some of us have moved our tweeters to the mirror hole location.  Then I added a fuel and oil temp gauges.
