That is the "Low-Profile Solo Touring Seat" and "Low Profile Passenger Pillion." 
For some reason, I could only find the brown versions on the website.
Seat: 52000057  $349 U.S.
Pillion: 52400040  $269 U.S.

the part number you listed is for the seat through the p&a.  the oem part numbers are:

52000042 black/grey seat
52400024 black/grey pillion

52000043 brown/gold seat
52400025 brown/gold pillion

52000056 black/gold seat
52400038 black/gold pillion
