My local dealer has a 2013 CVO Breakout with Vance and Hines pipes and a sissy bar. They want just under $28,000 for it! Bike has 3700 miles.  It's black, not sure of the proper name for the paint. MSRP on my 2014 CVO Breakout is $26,800.

T he 13's  were the desired paint job, in addition to the chrome wheels.  I have seen a few people offering them under MSRP, but few.  And I personally wouldn't sell the ones my wife and I own for anything (well not anything I suppose).  They are out there to be had if one does a lot of searching.

And when it comes to the '13 CVOBO, the diamond black/molten silver ones with V&H are the best of the best. And I say that as an impartial observer of CVO BO's. So I think the asking price is more than fair.
