CVO Seat/Pillion Fender Trim Strip
« on: May 28, 2014, 05:30:14 AM »

Just picked up a takeoff CVO Seat and Pillion off a 2012 CVO Road Glide.  What is the purpose of the two chrome fender strips?

I think they actually keep the bottom of the passenger pillion from rubbing through the paint.

Details the fender a bit when the passenger seat is off. That is how mine is 95% of the time. Just pull the back seat, take the chrome button off the bottom of the passenger seat to cover the the screw threads, pull the flap over the seat studs and your set!
