No I don't think it was open The bikes that were there when we went by pulled in to the store rite behind us when we stopped up the road for a drink.

Did you check out the map I changed it up quite a bit check out 197 and 212 Both good roads.  Best I can remember it was the first time i rode either one.

Next Year at MV it is your mission, if you choose to accept it, to make a loop involving the river road you mentioned riding that Saturday at MV, these new roads, and 209 for either Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
