Title: ape hangers on street glide
Post by: bobcat1 on May 18, 2010, 04:19:17 PM
I recently purchased a 09 street glide, I was thinking that I might want to put 13" apes on the bike to help with some shoulder pain I get. Was curious on thoughts, pictures, ideas...Thanks

Bobcat I moved your thread to one of our technical boards in the hopes you would get an answer to your question instead of a lot of welcome to the forum posts. If you want you may start another thread in the New Member Introduction (http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?board=30.0) board to introduce/tell us a little about yourself.

In regards to the ape hangers some either love them or hate them.. :nixweiss: You can probably answer the question more then anyone else if it will relieve your shoulder pain. I would suggest finding some bikes that had apes on that you are thinking about getting, sitting on the bikes, possible riding the bikes to see if it will take care of your problem. As for pictures hopefully some of our members will post some so you can get an idea of what they will look like.
