Harley specifications:  2006   FLTRI    ESPFI   46 hwy / 39 city

This is based upon the same flawed EPA test methods used for cars, so what you get in the real world will vary widely depending on riding style and conditions.  The EPA highway mileage is figured on approximately 50 mph if I remember correctly.  

The best I've ever gotten on my SEEG is 40, and that was pretty much steady 55-60 mph, level ground, no headwind, no passenger.  Normal for me in mixed riding is 35-38 mpg.

Factory MPG stickers can be 34% off. Not only do they do it at 50mph, but they do it in a room with no wind drag.  See this recent link:
