Best of Both Worlds

Having owned a CVO Street glide for 2 years and completed various mods to the bike including 12" Yaffe Apes, Thundermax Kit and Vance & Hines pipes etc. I have had to start the process again. This time with a new Road King.

Bike was delivered in May, and mods have now been completed which included Installing 16" BR Bent Ape Beater bars, powder coated in black. New Vance & Hines pipes with New Wave Thundermax fitted. The work has transformed the look and feel of the new Roadking.

The bike handles and performs flawlessly. It has now got the look and feel I wanted. Bikes look awsome parked in the garage together. IMO  ;D
Will attach some pictures of the new mods to the Roadking when I get a chance. I can recommend the BR's bars quality is first class, still hard work to Install and re route cables etc but worth the effort.

Very nice. I'm very fortunate to have 2 CVO's in the garage as well - a 2011 Softail Convertible and a 2013 Road King.
Yesterday during Thanksgiving some family members were giving me some crap about having two bikes - "Why do you need two bikes?"
My first answer was going to be "Why do you care? It's none of your business, unless you're the one paying for them."
None of this is about "need". This is what we love. I feel very fortunate to have what I have (as I know you guys do as well)  and I don't take it for granted.
Enjoy your stuff and do what you love - life is too short to do otherwise.
