Lets see,

The motoryou have with a 95" has to have the 103 stroker bottom end put in it, then the cases have to be milled to accept the 113" juggs.  You will probably want to have the timken bearing put in while you mill the cases for the jugs and have the new bottom end put in.

I dont have the exact prices infront of me so no flogging / flaming please, but as I recall the
103 bottom end is around a 1000.00
The throttle bodies are around 700.00 most like a 53 or 54 mm  horsepower inc / zippers
The juggs are around 700.00
The machine work estimating around 500 plus the timken part.
The pistons around 250 - 300
Roller Rockers another 400.00
Gaskets 100.00
heads may or may not need work due to the cubic inch changes.
Heavy belt for the additional torque (use one for side car )  Your GOING TO BREAK THE STOCK BELT >>>
Dyno Tuning  240.00 to 400.00

I would have to imagine the dealer gets around 25 hours for this  70 x 25 = 1750.00 labor
Now lets say you make conservately 125 / 125 is that worth it to you?

Personally,I would spend the 4-6 grand pull my motor out of the bike buy a 120 something put it in with a throttle body and my race tuner and when I decide to sell it put the stock back in and put the fun motor back into something else.

I love the torque from my 124" there aint much like 137 torque and 139 horpsepower at the rear wheel.  Would I put the 113 juggs on if I had a 103 already in the bike probably, but to tear down the motor and do all that work why not just buy another motor.  and just pay the hours to have it swapped.

I believe gulf coast harley just did the 113 top end on a bike.... its the only one i know of so far.  Many dealers have told me the parts are already back ordered I have to guess a bunch of northerners are prolly taking the winter down time to do this mass conversion.   I know several dealers in NC / Tenn said they have 2 people lined up to do this.

I've been researching this too and for the same reasons unbalances stated, I'm leaning towards bagging my stock 95" and swapping in a 124". Quicker, less headaches, and a warranty.

Thanks, I just bought a place in Destin, Fl. and hope to do some riding down there. Sooner the better, it is 22 degrees  :'( here today. There are 3 of us that have Harley's here at work, some ride year round, rain or shine. Today nobody did. :'(
