The 2013 and newer CVO's have the Slip and Assist clutch.  Depends on what harley parts book you look it gives different torque ratings.

Yes.  Harley calls it "Assist & Slip", or A&S for short.  As FLSTFI Dave mentioned, it became standard on all 2013 CVO models and has been continued on CVO110 engines ever since.  Regular models still use the conventional clutch.
