New Bike Magazine...."Baggers..The Custom Touring Magazine"
« on: March 14, 2007, 11:40:17 PM »

I was at Target tonight with my daughter and was browsing the magazine section when I found this new magazine. It is from the "Hot Bike" publishers and from what I can tell, the March/April 2007 edition is the first one to be published.  Pretty cool mag on my first initial glance.  Dedicated to the Bagger world, with a great deal of focus on the MoCo's stuff.  The customize a Street Glide, show how to stop high speed wobble  through swing arm adjustments or installing a Tru-Trak system. There is also an article where a CVO SEEG Banana and an Ultra are chronicled traveling through Utah.

You may want to check your local newstand.  For those of use into cool, custom bikes that happen to have bags hanging on the side, this may be for us!!!

Cobaltman, is this the same one, or are you talking about another new bagger mag?

It appears after scanning the thread, there are two different mags out.  I have not seen the American Bagger, but perhpas as TCnVA mentions, all are starting to become aware of this hot market.

They're not the same mag.  I saw both of them in the bookstore today and bought the new Hot Bike one.  This looks like it's going to be a good rag...Think I'll subscribe to it...I like it better than American Bagger. ;)

I contacted Hot Bike Bagger.  It's not avaiable as a subscription, just on the newstand (even thow in the editorial section is says "for subscription call.......).  They're not sure what they're going to do with that magazine just yet.  American Bagger is available by subscription and seems to have a few more "how to" articles and less photo spreads.
