IMPORTANT info on PEELING CHROME victims

I dont know if this has already been posted, so forgive me if so, but I saw it on another site and thought I pass it along. It has to do with those who have ben denied peeling Chrome claims. This might help, and wouldnt hurt to try. Good luck to all that this applies too. Hopefully the paint victims will be next.
