I've got a '97 FXDWG that's close to your '98.  Definitely a sweet ride.  Covered a good portion of the western part of the country on mine.  It's hard to shut her down at the end of the day, because it feels so good riding her.

yeah, after 19 years on a stroker softail,,this thing is like riding on a cloud....need a bagger to do hard miles though like you were talking about ,spoiled I guess(or gettn' old!!)
