For those of you who are going with a flamed them on your bike, the flamed switchblade passenger pegs are a nice addition.
My regular routine after riding with my girlfriend on back would be 1) park bike 2) get the 000 steel wool and "goo be gone"  3) start taking her %$#% footprints of my pipe  4) Nicely counsel your girlfriend not to put her &^%#^# shoes on pipe.

I don't have to do that anymore as the switchblade pegs fold out to be more like a floor board.  You can say " Honey I bought these pegs so your feet would be more comfortable". She will then hug you a little closer when she on the back hehe.  She has commented she likes them much better, and I dont have to take out the steel wool and goo be gone as much  pepper

I took your idea a bit farther with the Kuryakyn Flamin' Switchblade pegs on the passenger position and the standard forward control peg position and added a pair of regular Flamin' pegs on their Forward Control Highway pegs extender. Not a great photo but you can see the result. I like the symmetry on the forward controls and I get 4 riding positions out of the arrangement. Waiting for their Flamin' brake pad and shift peg coming out in September to complete the set-up. Doesn't hurt that my bike is a Switch Blade and the CVO boys got me started with the flames.
