Rumble-Collection

Where do you find the details of the rumble-collection mounted on the CVOs 2009 , grips , pegs , boards ?
There must be heated grips from the SEUC , they should also fit on the SERT , do they .
Can somebody post a link where i find information about that rumble-collection please ?

Rumble collection is not posted anywhere.  Its special edition for the CVO's.  Again you will find the part numbers in the CVO parts manual at your local dealer.  BTW, if you get all the parts from the SEUC passenger footboards to put on the SERG, it will run close to $ 1k.  Many have researched this and you should be able to do a search.  Others have found alternate parts and just purchased the Rumble footboard inserts and pans.

THXS , the search has an end . Puuh.
But the " Rumble " heated grip seems to be the only one that can be mounted with inner-wired-handlebars ( The SEUC has one , i think and has the heated grips ) .
At all heated grips there is allways the notice of : only fits at not inner-wired handlebars .
Do i see something wrong ?

All the heated grips that have been mounted on all the years of the SEUC have all had the warning "not for internal wiring."  They mount them that way on the CVO bikes anyway.  It's not just a "Rumble" grip thing.

The Harley branded heated grips are also very prone to failure.  I'd not add them to my bike.  A company called Symtec makes a product called "Heat Demons" that adds heating elements inside the bars (you use your existing grips).  They've worked very well.  There was some question recently about whether they had a version for 09s though.  Might be worth checking in to more.  Company can be found here:

These part numbers are great my dalers had no Idea I wound up with streamliner boards. Now I just need the inserts.

While I was at the 3rd dealer who had no idea

I was looking at the 2010 Screamin Eagle Ultra they had ain stock and the passenger board mounting brackets are downswept in design. They are not the standard brackets and appear to provide a lower mounting point?

Does anyone have an idea how I might locate the part number for that style bracket?

Jagger,

I used the heated grips and bars from the 2011 SERGU...they fit and work fine.  I also had the local dealer install them so they would be under warranty.  One "New" guy in service tried to give me some BS about them not being for internal wired bikes and I pointed out that they came straight out of the 2011 CVO RG Ultra parts book and that shut him up...they're warranteed.

As for the Heat Demons, I had them on before I had this done.  They don't work as good as the HD heated grips.  Reason: the Heat Demons go inside your bars AND the plastic insert for the throttle-by-wire...they have to transmit heat all the way through all that plastic and metal, oh...and your metal/rubber grips to get to your hands!  The heating element in the HD grips are in the grip itself...straight to your hand.

There is also a lot of heat loss and heat bleed-off into the metal handlebars on the Heat Demons...finally, I'm not too comfortable with all that heat transmitted through my throttle-by-wire setup.  I don't want to be stranded in cold weather if it causes a TBW failure...just sayin.

P.S. I've had the HD heated grips on two bikes and they've never failed me.  One of the bikes was my 2004 RK Custom in Germany...and I put 20K mi on it there.
