I got a call from Jon at 6:00 a.m this morning.......time to go to Redding to pick up his new bike...his first CVO!  He didn't half step...went straight to the top of the heap....a 2010 Screamin Eagle Ultra Classic Electra Glide in the Amber and Burnt Citrus.

Knowing what it feels like to creep through the break-in period, I asked him if he wanted me to drive the car (with Susan [wasJons]) and he could ride my SESG.....just to get a sense of what the stock power will be.  Of course he said "yes" with a big smile on his face.

Susan took several photos of him on my bike and he was smiling from 6:30 a.m. till  I left him just a few minutes ago, at 4:30 p.m.  Of course, we can all relate to that perpetual grin......we all had it when we got our first CVO. 2vrolijk_21

My bike......at the gas station at 6:30 a.m. this morning, waiting for Jon and Susan to come along.

I'm not sure where the starburst effect came from.....it's a point and shoot camera.

Jon wanted everybody to know......he is "the customer".  He put this label on his jeans and wore it home 200 miles. Smiley

That's the one color I hadn't seen yet, figured it would be the best of the SEUC colors this year. The red or blue SEUC are just red or blue but this color stands out.

Great choice IMO.  2vrolijk_21

The dash.

It was overcast this morning......just to keep the heat off of us for awhile.  But light enough that the photos didn't require flash.
