Bike Stand
« on: February 15, 2011, 06:32:19 PM »

I'm looking for something to hold my bike straight up to work on it, clean or whatever.  I don't think I need a lift as I do very little work on it myself.  I saw CVORick had something on another post but didn't know what it was.  Any suggestions appreciated.

Have two of these in the garage and it helps knowing the bikes are vertical and stable. Have the trailer mount for them as well so they get used on the rare occasions we trailer the bikes.

Moto-Press.com has a nice center stand I just installed a few weeks ago and love it.

For something a little less expensive and easier to store, you could try this. I have one..don't use it that often anymore since I got the center stand and the Pitbull jack.  The bike is stable and level since the jack sits right across the frame rails.

I won a Condor as a prize at a poker run. Only used it a couple times but it works well.

I had a Baxley, way over thought product, worked fine, just a massive piece.
Have two Condors now, bought two for price of one from a guy in a bind, works great, lightweight, easy to load and unload. Would never be without one, sold the Baxley.
IMHO Condor is the Cadillac.

X2.  Use em in the garage and lock em down in the trailer. Work great, easy in / easy out.

If Condor is a Cadillac then WheelDock must be a Rolls Royce or Bentley.   :2vrolijk_20:  Saving my allowance for a Chrome centerstand.

Are there any issues getting a 950# Ultra out of either the Condor or Wheeldock?
