One of our stops was a little country store that was very nice and filled with fun products to eat and drink.

And we are off again…is it me or is the earth moving?  Must have been the wine!






Jonga is fueling up with that high octane stuff!!!





Susan is just waiting for the others…she already got her high octane stuff!!!  Perhaps from….no, no, no do not go there…

Off again after a quick fuel up…






At the next fuel up location we were greeted by a parade…thanks JC!













This lady was shaking her money maker for some “seeds” but instead they threw her “beads”

Did someone ring the lunch bell?








Someone has been kissing Papa Surf after lunch expect Papa Surf doesn’t look blue!





Plenty of these roads around here…

It was time to say good-bye and on we went…









To the hotel and we enjoyed the Lumberjack’s restaurant where we saw a young man consume the largest hamburger I have ever seen in my life!  And yes he was still hungry.  In an effort to compete we did enjoy a huge triple chocolate layer cake!   mmm…

Another action packed night and I am staying so close to the “Skunk Train”...check it out at skunktrain.com…

Time to head towards the Redwoods and I ain’t talking about the Sons of Anarchy fable…the real deal…as a matter of fact that weekend was the Redwood Run!












Jonga said “Hell with Redwood…Let’s talk Red Bull!”





Susan is saying “Why is he drinking that in the morning when he should have drunk it last night?”





Break is over Let’s Roll…

How can you roll in CA when you must stop in the middle of now where?




Well at least we got a green light on this one.

All of that starting and stopping landed us here…The Avenue of Giants…

This time Jonga is “in the hole” and what a hole it is!





As big as this “hole” is you would think it would be easy to get “in and out”!









And here we are…”Holy Friends!”







Now I must admit I was timid to get into the “trunk” after all I just departed San Francisco…





Speaking of departing let’s get on the road…












But there was going to be a slight change and one that Nancy could certainly live with…Nancy on Susan’s bike!

Our next road side stop was to shed some clothing.

Wait a darn minute…that is not Nancy…I would have never thought that these guys and gals were swingers!





WTH…What just happened?  Must have been a quickie!





Speaking of law breakers…I do believe that someone just picked the state flower!  Good News!  Barney Fife was not around to conduct an arrest.
