« on: June 02, 2011, 08:50:55 AM »

Finally got the leather upholstery done, turned out nice, and the stereo kicks butt with stock amp and rear speakers.

You guys are killing me. (in a good way). I get myself convinced to get the king tour pack, but I just love the looks of the chopped. Very nice ride.

Why not just buy a Ultra classic SE?

Paint-set on ultra is considered to be boring by some, $8K and wheels?  Just a guess :nixweiss:

In regards to buying a seuc, I think the idea of building a bike and making it your own is great and fun. No one else has a bike just like everyone else. IMO

Well...........are you buying a tour pack for function or for looks?  Personally, if it's looks you're after, it looks better without any tour pack.  If it's function you're after......well, you got a decision to make.   :2vrolijk_21:

Not to jack a thread but if you are long hauling and need touring storage, the king pak is the only way to go in my opinion.
For looks, I agree with JC - no pak is the correct option.
