Don't hold back Brian, tell it like it is!!  :huepfenjump3: :2vrolijk_21:

Saw one over the weekend, definitely more orange than the pic above shows, but not really an "OMG I must have one at $40k" moment to be sure.

Harley hasn't made an OMG, I've gotta have it motorcycle since the 2009 SERG's were unveiled. So my point is taken on what's available, and with my total love of H-D Racing colors, I am sure that B/W/O ride, even with the batwing would have made me smile.

After seeing Ernie's new bike in the sun it made the old Pumpkin seem a little plain. So I call it a Pumpkin with frosting. ;D

I'm liking the new Pumpkin SEUC & the Maple SERG, but the rest leave a lil bit to be desired, IMO... :2vrolijk_21:

Never been much of an orange & black guy, but I agree - the Maple is the "cream of the crop" this year.  :2vrolijk_21:

I have been looking for 1 hour now and I can't find the posting from the nice member who had the forethought to pull the 2012 new model techical presentation off of the site before it was pulled down.

If you have a copy of the slides would you please send it to roadking1@msn.com

I would greatly appreciate it.

Regards

Jerry

I know..........shame on me, huh. ;D   Actually, it was just a phone call from the salesman.....said they had fifteen bikes on the truck but that an orange and black Street Glide was one of them.  Also said that he didn't know if it would be one of the three schedued to be put together yesterday (why would it not be?) and I'm leaving for the bay area in an hour.

Maybe I'll get by there if I get back early enough from Jim's.

Why is it I hear a new bike is in the .......... Near Future  :nixweiss:

Only if I hit the lottery......then it would be a couple of new bikes. ;D

But here's the pics I took back in the service dept. (can't believe they don't have it on the floor yet).  But I was able to push it out in the sun......so some pics taken in the shade and some in the sun.

The dash lit up (ignition on)

Terrie would trade her 09 Street Glide in a heart beat............if we could afford it. :nervous:

a close up of the pin stripping....

We were able to play with the stereo at will, both inside and outside.  Has to be the nicest sound system I've heard on a bike.  However, I can't afford to loose any space at all when I'm traveling.  This is the left side saddle bag, showing the lid speaker.  The 200 w amp is in the bottom, back of this saddle bag.  Much smaller than most 200W amps.  I can't help but wonder how hot this saddle bag will get, especially on a 110F day. :nixweiss:

paint close ups........paint really is beautiful!

CVOs are still missing chrome calipers.  What's Willie G thinkin??

With the exception of the ugly calipers, a very nice looking front end.....

Terrie said the seat was very comfortable.....but of course they didn't let her take it for a four hour test ride....

Very low profile on the seat.....

and back to the sound system.......this is where the ipod plugs in (right saddlebag lid)....
