2009 SERG CUSTOM HANDLEBARS 1ST PICS

   Took my bike to Bill Ricard's shop aka BR'S Custom Bars and had 1 1/2 " New Wave handlebars mocked up while I sat on my bike

The bars are killer - love em. I also see you had your lowers painted (we got to talk about those). I have a few things cooking on my ride as well.  Hope all is well and looking forward to catching up.

Really nice job on those bars.  I bet that since they are 1-1/2" it was easier to pull the wiring through them. I'm sure ne brake and clutch lines were needed.  How did you extend the internal wiring ?   That's my question of the day,,,,    So far  ;D

  Dealer did the install, 7 HR's labor!   Internal wires were long enough but I did have to buy longer brake and clutch hoses!  The guy that fabs these up Bill Ricard of BR's Bars has a you tube video where he shows how he uses a piece of chain through a pair of Z bars to do the wire pull, the chain falls through the bars fairly easily......    David
