New parts are posted now.  No damned headlight.

CHIT!  You would think that they would at least come up with a new bezel or mount that would fit the 7" LED they sell which would be less expensive than engineering a special lamp for the RG!  They have seen the numbers and popularity of the RG increase, sure it's minicule compared to the amount of batwings in circulation, but if you take into account the bullchit they make that doesn't sell?  WTF, I want these and I was really sold on the rumor they were coming! soapbox

Have to watch out for the voices.  They do sound so real sometimes.

Also, 7" light wouldn't fit in the Road Glide headlight area.

Where's the pic of that cyclops SERG that was floating around here a few years back?

Had forgotten about that bike.  That thing is still creepy looking.  Hopefully the guy was just using up spare parts to make a ride.  If he did that on purpose and by choice that boy is ill...

Cyclops?  That would be something to consider with an LED?Huh?  I think the lamp they use on the RG is not completely round, I think its got an odd oblong shape so it fits?  That may be the issue, its exclusive?

Not just use it.  In a "retro blast from the past HD will offer for the Goldwing conversion kit the 'Screamin' Eagle Lubrication Recycling System' offering chrome plated brass fittings with specially calibrated weep orifices to control critical leaks to a stylish level and combine them with an engine vacuum collection system that automatically redeposits the stylishly dispensed fluids back in the crankcase."

(note: This kit requires use of SE vacuum system HEPA filter replacement every 90 days or 200 miles.  Filter kit 1245349714 at $219.99 or three pack 1245349714-3 for $529.99.)

And it only run right when the engine reaches 1,000 degrees or higher.  HD is planning on offering an after market Turbo Cooling System in Black or Chrome...

You guys are bad - I was really hoping to hear accurate information if the Road Glide LED option had any legs..... This
thread went down hill very fast. I guess we don't have long to wait before the new parts / options are announced.

Twolanerider - I'm really disappointed - it just doesn't make sense that Harley or another vendor has not come out with a LED light for the Road Glide. The HID are better but I want a true LED with the proper reflectors and such. I guess I need to regroup and look for an alternative way to get one done.

A Press Quote

"After the failure of the Blackline, Harley have returned to the safe ground with a stunning slimmed-down Fat Boy: I might as well try to be the first to call it the Fat Boy Slim, but I still prefer the "Hollywood". Part 48, part Fat Boy, Part Cross Bones: all classic Harley-Davidson:  in Vivid Black or in colour or denim."

Seen one Live at Dealer, I like it.. I'll keep my limited though..Nice Bar Hopper !

I'm just hoping they do something special for the cvo line in'13'.  i have a chance to get a '11' SESG Krypto w/ 2900 mile for $30K and I can't decide to pull the trigger or wait.  Great stuff on here by the way.

Something exceptionally different would be a nice change.  Hard to expect real vibrant change from a line that is already drawing up plans for the FLHTCUSE43 though.
