You da' man!!!! The bike is beautiful. We continue to hear that the pictures do not do justice to the real thing. I have to agree. I saw and rode the orange/black one Saturday at the local dealer. It is a beautiful bike and the paint is very impressive. The dealer again told me that mine should be in on the 18th of this month.

Congrats and thanks for the pic's.

Sweet bike. Reading the forum after introduction a few weeks back it sounded like the colors were less then hoped.  But that looks really nice.  Congradulations!!!!!

Great looking bike! [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]
You may want to get one of these brackets too in order to move the tourpak back another 2 1/2 inches. Posted by FR8TRN.

Reply #4 - Nov 14th, 2005, 7:52am  Quote   If you carry a passenger I would have to say the first must have would be a relo kit for the tourpak, get that thing moved back some and give them a little room.  I used one from the guy below and it works great, went on easier than the Kuryakyn kit and you can't even notice it's on the bike, plus it allows you to adjust it to 2 different positions while mounted.  Ya gotta call him, he has no website but is really great to deal with.

Wheels, what is in the V between the speedo and tach?  Is that a chrome piece?

Welcome to the site and thanks for this pics too [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

VaEagle, Thanks for the info on the tour pack relocation kit. Tonight I'll move it into the front holes and see if the bride likes that.  If not, I'll go for the relo kit.
Rjob749, I believe it's a chrome piece that follows along below the leather and dips down into a "V" shape between the gauges. The red is just a reflection. I will double check it tonight when I get home.

Thank you for checking.

Also, moving the pak back is a big help.

Oh, by the way the gauges light up RED. How cool is that! I don't know what color they are on the B/O or the B/B. But on the red/black the red gauge lights are really sweet!!!

Wheels, very very cool. The bike looks great. I would have been happy with either color. Keep riding and riding safe. [smiley=banana.gif] [smiley=jalapeno.gif]

Wheels;
Congrats! The bike looks great, the Light Candy Cherry color does appear from the pics to be the same as the 05's. Looks like they brought the best most demanded color back again!,[smiley=huepfenjump3.gif] (Not to mention the fastest) [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif] [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif] ;D

Wheels...the paint on the bike looks awesome.  If I was getting an 07, that would have to be the color!

My GF is 5'3" and 115lbs..tourpak is back, and she's fine back there.  In fact, I can't get her off the thing!!

Here's the short list of things you're gonna have to get:  ;) ;) ;D ;D  Chrome Inner Primary (while you're doing that, get the Automatic Primary Chain Adjuster installed); Freedom Antenae; LED run/brake light strip for the rear....that will get you started, and rid you of a few hundred more dollars that's weighing you down at the moment.   [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif] [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif] [smiley=banana.gif] [smiley=jalapeno.gif] [smiley=cherry.gif] [smiley=cherry.gif]

Congratulations on the bike, and I like that "Clean Room"  :o :o you have the bikes parked in.  DOOD will be proud of you   ;) ;D

TCnBham,
Thanks for the compliments.  I can't wait to get home tonight and move the tour pack back. I was really disapointed last night when my wife said it was uncomfortable.  She was like a kid at Christmas and couldn't wait to go for her first ride. She really didn't want to complain but I could tell she was unhappy.  After dragging it out of her she said it was way to tight back there.
Oh, and thanks for the tip on additional goodies we'll get started on that right away.

Wheels,
Congrats on the new ride. You are right on the money the MoCo website doesn't do the paint justice. The transition from the red to black is hot. Almost looks like some orange or something in there. As you can probably guess I think orange is the best color, and the fastest no matter what others (hd-dude) say. ;) As TC mentioned that stable of steel horses in the "clean room" is looking real good. [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif] Watch these guys around here they will give you more good upgrades/accessories/detailing stuff to get then you can shake a stick at to get rid of your money. Not that I would do anything like that though. :o :-[ ;D
