Sorry for the delay, yes I can see this one. In some posts it seems as if I am missing something, the post will indicate there is a picture attached and I can not see it.
Even on the posts where you can see the photo, if you click below the photo where it has the file name/extension, it should open in whatever photo viewer you are using as your default viewer. I'm running XP, so use Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Even if it doesn't open right up, it should give the the option to "open with" and you choose the software you want to use. A jpeg file will open in just about anything.
