tour pack relocation
« on: August 15, 2006, 05:19:13 PM »

I recently installed new Corbin 2 up seat. The rider backrest sits further back, giving passenger less room.  Ordered the relocation bracket from the following:

Pics after install ( helper/wife did not allow pre install pictures for fear of long term occupation on couch!) George's instruction sheet:

Looks good otophile.  Checked into the Kuryakyn relo kit but found out it will not fit with our sound system amp.

Question on the bracket - does it just bolt on to the existing support bar where the tour pak previously went and then the tour pak bolts to the new bracket?  That is what it looked like to me from the pix.

What is the price of the bracket?

Thanks and enjoy! [smiley=banana.gif]

Yes you are correct ultrafxr,
The bracket bolts to the factory bracket then the tourpak bolts to the new bracket. I think otophile's post with the instruction diagram show how it goes.
I think I paid around $80 to $85 for my bracket and all you need to to is call the number above in the first post to order it,he doesn't have a website but George is a great guy to talk to and to do business with as well.

Anymore updates on this? Anyone with an 07 felt the need to get one yet? I was wondering if they provided a little more room on the 07's back there?? Hoping!! ;)
