CVO GTG in Quartzsite, Ariz....

Terrie and I pulled our 5th wheel down to Quartzsite last week.  Several members of this forum, Andy and Don from the bay area and Richard from Wickenburg, Ariz all rode in to visit with us.







Off roading in Q....









Soon Richard (rbaker) showed up.....







Don never learned not to play with fire....





and Don had to throw just one more log on the fire.... :huepfenlol2:



Terrie & I and Molly had a great time visiting with the guys and glad they rode down.  Terrie and I spent three or four days running around in t-shirts, so that was a nice change.

OP thanks for sharing. You are very blessed to have such beautiful toys. Just have the CVO so far but I still have 3 kids in high school! Thanks for sharing!

Great 3 1/2 day get away. Don and I spent 1st night at my Daughters in san diego She got me a Zig P226 9 mm for xmass when to pick it up.&0 t0 75 degrees day time riding nice change. Don and I toured the Salton sea area before going to quartzite .  had a blast..

We offered.  The dinette makes in to a bed and we have two rocker/recliners......

Actually, Richard stayed at the Super 8......about half mile down the road from where we were camped, so he hung out with us the next day, also. :2vrolijk_21:

Thank you so much JC for sharing your camping adventure!  I enjoyed all the pictures and I would say my favorite was you and Terrie posing for the mug shots.  :D.  I would trade that desert heat and sun for my snow today.  :'(. I love your new avatar picture with Molly.   :2vrolijk_21:

It's a true "all seasons" 5er made by Northwood Mfg. (better known for Artic Fox).  The Fox Mountain 235RLS is the smallest 5th wheel they make so we can still get back in to the tight spaces.

All Seasons....heated holding tanks, thermal pane windows, all plumbing is ran under the floors in heated space, added insulation in walls, floors and ceiling.  Quite a few of them from up in Canada and Alaska that were down in Quartzsite.

I was laughing so hard at Terrie trying to give a mug shot look.....everybody else standing there was too.  She'd never make it in Hollywood.  :huepfenlol2:
