Instead of starting a new thread I thought I would place the 2014 / 2015 / 2016 / 2017 / 2018 experience within this thread. As you will see in some ways it will be same chit different day but still fun!When I saw the posting for the Easyrider Bike Show in Sacramento, CA I knew I could not make that event however what about any in my area? Well I had planned to attend the show in Nashville however that was not to be as I must work. However what about Charlotte? After a back and forth it was Saturday morning and I had awakened early so why not?
As I entered into my garage the temperature was in the upper 50’s and I started to think “you should ride there.” I thought about it for approximately 2 minutes and it’s a good thing I didn’t even consider it. Approximately one hour into the trip the upper 50’s became the lower 30’s. By the time I was in the Upstate of SC there was ice on the road, chemicals down due to freezing and that would have sucked! Instead I enjoyed the comforts of a heated vehicle and the blessing that I did not act upon an ill-informed instinct.
Bikes, Babes, Blondes, Brunettes and Beer…what more could you ask for?
