Windvest 16x14 screen

I just got my windscreen from Windvest. All I can say is: GREEEEAAAAT! Just perfect. While OEM windscreens make a fatboy look like the bike of Dirty Harry's granddad, this sleek screen does the job with a subtle elegance unbeaten in the market today.

It's pricey, but hey, that's what we live for, isn't it? The chrome fittings are just awesome, and the screen just hovers above the headlight. I am soooo satisfied, Salve Regina!

I will show you some pics as soon as the weather gets better. Right now we have SNOW, and I had to take refuge in the garage. Could ya believe it!

I'll be back.

Definately gots to see the Pics. The website doesn't really capture the look for us SE FatBoy owners. Kinda short in the picture department, IMHO. So, for the record and because it's my first one: :worthless:.

Hi Dagbre.
I just installed a Windvest 14x14 on my 'other' bike, an '06 Triumph Bonny two weeks ago.
After looking around for alternatives I agree, it's one if not the best looking small windscreen out there.
And you are absolutely correct about the quality.

I've got one on my SEVrod...best looking thing out there for that bike as well.  Friend of mine has one on his 05 SEFB...looks great on that bike as well.  Much better than anything HD offers up, IMO.

I gave in to the windshield last weekend when after 120 miles of Pacific Coast crosswinds on HWY 1 (Pacific Coast Hwy). I ordered the 14" for my SEFB.

Of course, it's backordered from the MFG until next week.

Pictures due to be posted by the following Friday.

Looks better than factory.How does it perform compared to king size? Would it fit with a headlight nacelle? :drink:

My friend, how is it? The WindVest is marginal for room. However I have personally seen a nacelle with the WindVest on an '05 SEFB. When he ordered it, he specified Nacelle and the hardware looks the same as mine. Email the sales staff at WindVest: they got back to me the same day with my question.

Gentlemen;
 I am truly sorry to have started a pic thread without pics. SO: Here they are, finally. the pics are taken on a trip along the Norwegian coast. AWESOME!

The screen works great, and has a discreet appearance which by my standards blend nicely with the SEFB.
