I cannot imagine this scene when I am so warm here, sitting in my lounge with shorts and a singlet on, incongruous, den

Hello From Ottawa, Ontario, Canada... one of the Coldest Capital Cities in the World.

Today we have a balmy -32C... without the wind chill

Spring is just around the corner... Oh God I hope it is, where is that global warming I have been hearing about, I could use some really bad right now

Hey Marty, aren't those little interlude rides in the winter great?  They tide you over until the warmer weather comes to stay.  :vrolijk_13: spyder

Spyder,  that is the first time I have ever had the bike out in January,  and it was fantastic even though it was just a bit more than an hour.   :2vrolijk_21:  Yeah it's a bit of a tease though but winter will be gone in 6 weeks or so, and away we go for another riding season  :pepper: :pepper: :pepper: :coolblue:

Being from Ohio, I remember those images only to well.  Glad we don't see snow in Alabama.

I always make it a point to ride on at least 1 day in every month, and made use of the 46f temps last weekend to go for my January spin.

Hmmm, I wonder if Wiarton Willie will see his shadow this Tuesday?
