Title: Bub7 or VH 2-1 big radius
Post by: maddawg46 on February 25, 2009, 11:54:18 PM
So I have decided to put some pipes on.  The Bub System 7 look realy good.  I also love the look of the Vance and Hines 2-1 big radius.  I did here of some heat shields braking.  Anybody having prolems?  The other choice may be the VH pro pipe.  I dont want the sound too loud.  I have stock 07 pipes on now.  Of course I can always have the Rush slip- ons.  I am getting a PC111 and having a custom map done on a Dyno.  So what are your thoughts on the subject.  If its too loud, my wife will not be too happy.  My main concern is the lean running condition of the mapping for California.  I have other fast bikes...This is my first Harley.  Harley's are not too fast (even the 110 motor), so the added HP/TQ is not the main issue here.  Ok, cmon and give me your views on the subject

I had the V&H big radius  2 into 1 on my 07 dyna. They are not that much louder than the stock pipes. I had my bike dynoed stock and it had 84 hp and 95 ft-lbs. With the 2-1 and a race tuner it dynoed at 100 hp and 111 ft-lbs.

Decide to go with the 2-1 Big Radius let me know.  I have a brand new set I will turn loose of for $400 and we can negotiate a fair shipping price.  I had em on my bike for one day and decided to go a different route.
