Was in the Calgary Harley Davidson, Southern Alberta Harley dealer today and met a guy who was just taking delivery of his Yellow & Titanium Road Glide, this bike has been on the dealer's floor for over 6 weeks at $2,000 over MSRP. Dealer said they had another Yellow in the warehouse, will probably bring out over the weekend.

Spoke with him and told him about the site, told him have great information etc. and went over the features of his bike. Asked what it costs he said over CDN $40,000.

He may show up on the site.

Yikes, over 40K, that's crazy. Surprised they had any unsold SERG. When I called in Sept they told me they were all spoken for and they had a very long wait list of others looking. These new prices must have caused lots of folks to change their minds. Sure glad I bought mine back in Sept.

And it will only get worse.  March 5 add another 5% to Cdn prices.  Still not at the exchange rate though, I suppose another increase comes in June??

Just a small correction here.   Its Yellow and Slate.    The Silver has the Titanium dust paint!  And there is a silver one sitting here in So Cal for a couple weeks now.

In case anyone is  looking, there is an orange SERG available at Heritage H/D in Edmonton, Alberta. The fellow who ordered the bike backed out, and I guess so did everyone else on their wait list. Can't say I blame them, with a base price of $40,999 and PDI, sales taxe, tire tax, etc, you're looking at $44,000.

Spotted an O/B at Deeley's Vancouver today.  Amazing that these were "sold out, mile long waiting list, yadaa, yadaa, yadaa" and they are turning up all over the place.  Can't remember the price but lots more than mine was lol.

Yeah Gordy, you and I bought at the right time. I know that HD of Edmonton is getting a silver this week and an orange next. I talked to the fellow who put a depostit on the silver back in October. He's backing out of the deal because the price jumped by about $7000. That means there will be atlease 3 SERG's available in Edmonton. Big change from 6 months ago when there were no bikes and wait lists 10 people deep.

Nope, they do as they please in these parts. It is "understood" that price can change without notice due to the fluctuation of the Canadian dollar. When I was shopping for a SERG last September I could take the one on the floor, for the posted price, or put a deposit on a diffrent one with no guarantee on the price. It's been like that forever "here".

I just took delivery and made payment on mine on Saturday. Dealer honored price from when I gave deposit last August. Just noticed a silver/blue Ultra on the floor of Caines Harley in Calgary, $49,300 with all taxes in (no extended warantee). Whew!!!

That is exactly how it should be, sounds like you have a decient dealer.
